We only ship within the USA

3-5 days for handling

You can email me chef@highchefgoods.comfor additional images or videos of the product so you are 100% sure of the purchase before you make it. These are hand made and I make one at a time.

You have 8 hours to cancel and order.

If it is mailed out by then you can return it at the cost of you paying for the return shipping and it still in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning/Refunds Goods

We do not accept returns, unless there is a major failure of the product within 30 days, Please email me and we can discuss a refund.

Each one of these items are individually made. So please be sure of the item you want and keep. They are made of high quality leather and thread. If take care of it will last a life time.

Anything that covers a knife is dangerous, use at your own risk these are knife covers and carry an inherent risk. If you aren't careful you can get hurt. Knife Rolls can be restitched if a knife tip breaks the thread.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
